AMG Millwork was founded in 2024 by Edgar Ferreira at the age of 22 and Allen Martinez at the age of 26 with a vision to create more than just exceptional millwork—we set out to make a lasting impact on our clients, our team, and our community.

Our story is rooted in the American dream. Our families migrated to the United States from Mexico and Guatemala in search of greater opportunities. Growing up, Edgar was introduced to the woodworking industry at 5 years old, walking through cabinet shops alongside his father and witnessing firsthand the craftsmanship, dedication, and hard work that built a livelihood for many families.

At just 18 years old, Edgar began investing heavily in leadership development, personal growth, and sales training, believing that success starts with continuous learning and serving others. Those experiences helped shape the values that define AMG today: integrity, growth, excellence, and impact.
